Miss Anna Joseph who was awarded Miss Photogenic Top Model 2018 at the just concluded Miss Photogenic Nigeria World Pageant has called out the organizers of the pageantry for their wicked attempt at assassinating her character by spreading lies.
Trouble started on 26th of August, just few days after the come conclusion of the pageantry on the 24th, the organizers of Miss Photogenic Nigeria, took to their official Facebook handle to announce that Miss Anna Joseph who was awarded Miss Photogenic Top Model 2018 had been dethroned over gross-misconduct and Miss Emmanuela Maduako was to take her place.
But according to Miss Anna Jospeh who represented Cross Rivers state during the pageantry, what the organizers posted on Facebook were all false as she was the one who willing stepped down from her post and suggested that the award be given to Miss Anambra as it will benefit her more.
She said her decision to give her consolidatory award to Miss Anambra started the whole issue. According to her, she saw no use to the award (which was a last minute make-up), she was given and privately chatted up the organizers of the show suggesting that the award be given to Miss Anambra, Emmanuel Maduako, who was an aspiring model as it will boost her career better, but the organizers got angry with her claiming she had insulted them by trying to give her award out.
Anna Jospeh’s attempts at pleading with the organizers not to take offense in her action fell on deaf ears and what the organizers did next was to post her pictures on Facebook with an official statement saying she had been striped off the award and given it to Miss Anambra.
